Good location and by the harbour. Also nice bar.
Dusty side unit (table, phone, lamp) and bed. Dusters get dusty that fine but something I notice. Also crumbs - get the hoover nozzle in the edges. Breakfast from 08:30am is too late in my opinion.

Room clean and bed comfortable with super pillows.
Very good breakfast
Super location (car park was school playground for Doc Martin and his house is on the opposite side of the bay.
Parking charge of £8 was an unwelcome surprise.
Also breakfast not until 8.30 (however bed was so comfy I overslept so 8.30 was ok
