No room service, but for£150 we sorted ourselves out. It’s a £200+ room all day long. But u need to sort breakfast. Pay for long term parking in advance.

Right in the village centre

Convenience of location in the centre of Port Isaac, the garden with its views and the views from the room. The fridge and coffee/tea facilities and the powerful shower. Bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

The bathroom was a bit too small and no bedside table on my side of the bed. No parking and no breakfast included.

The location. Port Isaac is beautiful. The space was relatively clean.

I honestly don't know where to start. I went to check in and she wasn't expecting us at that time. I sent a text to say when I would be arriving. It was quite a rushed check in as the car wasn't allowed to be parked up outside for long, so I just grabbed all our belongings out the car and we carried them up two flights of stairs. My partner went to park the car and it cost £23 for two days to park. We definitely weren't expecting that charge. It wasn't that close to the location either. It was quite clear that we were borrowing the owners house (or the top floor) for two days as there was art and sculptutes everywhere. It was like they would be moving back in as soon as we had gone! There was a small fridge in the lounge with a kettle and sachets of coffee etc. No where to prepare food. The middle floor was rented out to others and the noise level was really disturbing. The entrance to the garden was through a window off the upper staicase and the second floor shared this access. Quite alarming when you are getting a bath and strangers are coming and going 3 metres away! It was advertised as a suite but in reality it was a lockable lounge and a lockable bedroom on the 3rd floor. The house smelt damp and the pillows were lumpy. There was a bathroom available on the top floor but definitely didn't feel too private due to garden access near by. The clothes rail was on the landing,at the top of the staircase that was open to the rest of the house. The rooms seemed clean enough but the whole situation was bizarre. Think staying in someones loft space with no access to a kitchen. Pack lightly as you'll be going up and down 2 flights and likely carrying stuff to and from your car. The garden was quite qurky, on several terraces, but the garden furniture has seen better days. The mats on the metal stair case were green with mold. It needs more thought and a bit more attention to detail in our opinion.
