Luxury apartment in a beautiful part of Adele.

very well equipped ! the decor is amazing and the place just feels like luxury.

The apartment is in a complex and is on a hill and every walk down to the beach or shops means you always have a steep uphill walk to get back to the apartment - this is not as huge issue .. but could be if you have difficulty walking up hills.

Can't recommend this place enough. The apartment is lovely, has everything you might possibly need, a fully stacked kitchen if you want to cook, a washing machine to wash your clothes and most importantly parking and access to several pools. The location is also excelent, it's very quiet and secure, yet very close to bars, stores and the beach. Would like to thank Olga who was super nice and helpful, even let us stay a bit longer on our last day since we had an evening flight.

very good and relaxed vacation

The apartament was very clean, had all the facilities needed. Having a baby she provided us a baby chair and a crib. The host was very friendly and helpful when needed.

Fabulous

Location great, property exactly as shown on booking.com. Modern, clean, lots of space. Good view of the pool and mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would say is that it would have been helpful to have more than one key.

its very small and cold as it is facing north the location is great though

it’s fully equipped better than other holiday apartments

enjoyed our stay but could have done without the smell and would have liked the sun on the balcony even for just a coupl

great place to stay.

All is nicely renewed. Has conditioner that also heats up the apartment at colder nights. There was really nice lady who took care of smooth check-in and she always up to help if something needed.

There was some little things that was confusing (for example- the way buffet doors open in kitchen or location of microwave). but that was making place more fun to stay at. So it’s not really bad thing at the end :).

Beautiful apartment with a fun bar and pool!

Beautiful, clean, fun place for the kids. We enjoyed our stay. The bar and pool were an amazing addition. Loved all the amenities, washing machine, coffee, nice and modern.

amazing location everything you needed was within walking distance and the apartment had everything you needed perfect place to stay for 4 nights couldn’t of picked anywhere better clean and spacious. same with the pool area . host and staff and people around all very nice and helpful.

The apartments are located in a closed area and have access to three swimming pools. Very good location, near the beach and water parks. As well as various restaurants and shopping places. Everything you need to prepare a meal and enjoy it on the terrace. The kids were excited.

price-quality dors not metter; better choose a hotel. old building, difficult access to parking. MAXIMUM SCORE = 7.00

clean but are many issues: the apartment it does not have an area of 99 sqm, has a max 65 sqm, for 3 room it is too small.

location is in main front of the highway, there is noise and pollution

Clean apartment with good air conditioning, close to restaurants and beaches. Responsive owner.

location was excellent, walking distance to many nice restaurants and to nice beaches.

No parking space, although most of the time we were able to find parking on the street or close by parking lots. No instructions for Wi-Fi in the apartment so we went a day without it.

Not really happy about our stay

Apartment is near all the shops, has 3pools inside, but we used only one, because we was traveled with toddler, water was very cold, so who is looking for heated pools is definitely not the right place.

Apartment not been cleaned as it should, dirty sofa which one been covered with blanket, dirty mirrors, under sofa full of rubbish eaven broken glass. Is noisy in the morning If you are early bird and like to wake up around 8am is fine for you, but my toddler wake up usually around 9:30, but not in to this appointment, because bar is near the windows and then staff is coming to open it is very loud, so waked up us evry single day on our 10 days holiday. No sun in balcony, parking is always full, so is always a problem to find a space where to park. First day when we came near the door entrance was a poo who welcomed us. And would be great if owner leave at least one tablet for washing machine to wash clothes. Apartment is located in poor area, so is definitely overpriced. In Tenerife we was 6times and we always rented apartments and always liked, but not this time. I can't recommend this apartment. By the way bed is like a stone

We did request for Aircon in apartment,They knew Four of us was coming,only one Aircon (master bedroom) was fitted in 2 bedrooms apartment, then I get the electric fan from the landlord and there wasn’t enough electric socket in the living room

The bungalow was nice looking with modern furniture. There was a back terrace very well decorated with a grill very friendly despite there was no view from there. The rooms are big enough, moderns and comfortable.

There was plenty of cockroaches. We found them everywhere on the paths of the residence, in the back terrasse and in the front terrasse. We had to keep all the doors closed to avoid they come in. Every night when we came back from restaurant we saw at least 4 or 5 of them. Other residences make the necessary chemical treatments to avoid this. The address of the flat is not correct, the address on booking is situated 700 meters far from the real address of the bungalow. Some of the pictures of the booking.com show the piscine of the Orlando Residence while the flat we had was in another residence, old and with a very small and old swimming pool. The residence is located in a very dirty part of Adeje, One night, a cockroach ran below the sofa and we had to pull it to find the insect and there we saw that there was a lot of dirtiness behind the sofa despite the bungalow seemed very clean in the other parts.

It's a good apartment with amazing facilities, in a good location close to the beach.

Property is decorated to a high standard of finish. All the requirements for a comfortable stay were thought of. The location was in vicinity of main spots in Costa Adeje.

Couldn't fault the apartment. On the last night, we heard noises from the floor above us when kids were running.

Location good only 20 min walk to main town. Apartment very well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. Property area was nice and quite but not sure if it would be at high season as the apartment over looked the main swimming pool and bar. Several bars and a really nice traditional Spanish Restaurant close by. From what we gathered there are several Orlando Wave apartments we were in 316. Totally different decoration to the one in main Booking.com advert but that was not a problem just a surprise

Not good communication with Agent/owner. The property was not that easy to find. We had to use Google Maps to find the location and Google translate to understand where to meet to be given the keys. Lady who eventually met us was very helpful.

Excellent apartment. Nice terrace and view. Kitchen fully equipped to make meals, there is a microwave oven, an oven, utilities, refrigerator and freezer. Also nice with the lots of cupboards for storing clothes, shoes, etc. Washing machine is also there and works fine. A note to future rent-outs: Car parking is outside the apartment complex. There are 3 possibilities, at port A, B, and F. We parked near port B, there was always a spot or two, also during daytime. If you want to park near port A, which is more or less in front of the apartment, then you should do so very early in the morning, or late during night. From 9 - 22 it is impossible to park there. And ask the bar keeper down in the pool area to mix you a drink after his own choice. The cocktails are very good :-)

we will happily return

close to the beach. has a clean pool on site that my kids loved. secure gated parking. close to local amenities kitchen well equipped the balcony/outside space was fantastic. it allowed us to have a drink outside once kids asleep. Also great space to work too should you be on a working holiday like I was. Also has bbq there, and washing machine. Due to the location, you can hear music faintly when outside. but we had no trouble sleeping due to this indoors.
