Plenty of room for privacy, gathering indoor and outdoor. Centrally located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways 101 & 405 and tourist attractions. Come and enjoy being in the busy city yet surrounded oasis of greenery: fruit trees, seasonal flowers, listen chirping birds commingled with city noise. There are two main entrances for the building from opposite sides: guest will use entrance from the street and hosts from the alley.
