Great rooms, Great daily events happening at the hotel lobby which even includes a maiko interaction, which is great. The staff was exemplary . The free coffee, tea and water 24 hours was a sweet little bonus.

The location of the hotel was very good. Reasonable walking distance to shopping and dining options. Main tourist sites were usually quick taxi rides.
Room size at this hotel was very small. Family of three required two rooms and with two adults in one room there was not enough room to walk past or to get into the bed.

I liked the ambiance and the lighting of the room. And how close it is to everything.
Actually the sheets had blood on them we only noticed on our second day. I asked the staff to clean the room they told me they cant clean it because im just staying three nights. The staff were nice overall, however they couldn’t catch up on my requests. I was disappointed because i really liked the room, but yeah.
