Located in Pinehurst, this charming house for $550 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. -- Perfect for 8 Golfers, Wedding guests, Family Reunions! -- US OPEN 2024 - WALKABLE -Please send an inquiry if interested in renting my home for the US OPEN, I also have a second 5BR property 1 min drive away from this home in case you need two houses with a total of 10 bedrooms. Send me an inquiry for any random date and we will find a way to chat so I can answer all of your questions! -- RENOVATION UPDATE JAN 2023 COMPLETED -- Brand new open floorplan kitchen/dining room, a new completely renovated Master Bathroom as well as a fully renovated Basement Bathroom. Add-in all new carpeting in the three upstairs bedrooms, plus the recently updated Foyer, the new Front Door, exterior look, some major tree work outside and the end result is an amazing new Three Green Retreat! Enjoy the panoramic view of three different Donald Ross originals...holes #14, #15, #16 of the wonderfully remodeled Pinehurst #3 golf course. We believe our views of three greens from the screened back porch are among the best that Pinehurst has to offer. Three Green Retreat offers an ideal location on Briarwood Circle and rests beside the Par 3, 14th tee. Situated close-by to the Pinehurst clubhouse, take the short walk up through the 16th fairway. At the house, enjoy plenty of space, a billiards room, WIFI, HDTVs throughout, a private backyard, and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Furniture, beds as well as all linens are provided. For Wedding Parties, you'll be pleased with the extra large mirrors in each bedroom! For those unfamiliar with the Pinehurst area, please understand that only courses #1- #5 play to/from the legendary Pinehurst Country Club. The beautiful #6 - #9 are located a few miles away in nearby residential areas. A tough itinerary!: Visits seem to proceed this way: 1. Breakfast on the back porch while watching the day's prep of Pinehurst #3 2. Golf 3. After a round (or two), relax on the back porch, be a golf spectator or perhaps spend a few minutes in the Jacuzzi 4. Dinner at one of the area's best 5. Billiards in the lower level It's a tough itinerary; we hope you're up to it. Don't overdo it --you just may have to repeat this routine again tomorrow. Bedroom Details: Our home offers 5 bedrooms (8 beds in total) and 3.5 bathrooms: ~Main floor: One double twin bedroom, plus a modern half bath. ~Upper level: One king suite (includes new bathroom/shower) and two additional bedrooms which hold 2 twins each, plus a full bath. ~Lower level: One queen bedroom with a brand new full bathroom. Other house features include a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room (seating for 8), living room with fireplace, laundry room, and wireless access. From the main floor's living and dining room, three sets of French doors lead to a spacious open deck and screened porch that offer beautiful views of the course. The finished lower level features a complete billiards room with granite bar as well as walk-out access to the backyard and Jacuzzi. A nice large BBQ is located out back. Cleaning is performed by a professional cleaning company. Linens are cleaned off-site for highest sanitation. Your expectations will be met at the Three Green Retreat! SPECIAL NOTE: Three Green Retreat has a security camera mounted near the front door. The camera is used when my house is vacant so I can monitor the security of my house. The coverage area is mainly looking down the sidewalk toward the driveway and also covers some parts of the front yard.

This was the perfect home for my family and grandchildren for an extended stay surrounding a family wedding. Property is very spacious - we didn’t even get to use the finished basement or pool table- no time :( we also never had time for the hot tub which is a bonus.
Perfectly located on Pinehurst 3 which regrettably was not available to book a tee time. The main living spaces have been updated beautifully. Some of the bedrooms and baths could use updating, which I believe is in the plan, but for the cost and amount of space this home was incredible. The screened porch and second covered porch were wonderful hang out spaces that we used throughout our stay. The owner, Scott was very communicative and allowed a late checkout which took the stress off of our last day. Thank you for everything!!!

We had a great stay at this home for the first 3 days of our 8 guy golf trip. The house was clean, easy check in and access, every guy had their own bed, etc. It was exactly what we needed for our home base to start the trip. We played Tobacco Road and Mid Pines the days we stayed here before moving over to a villa at Pinehurst to play those courses. One night we even walked straight from the back patio, across a few holes on #3, up to putt at Thistle Dew, and walked back in the dark. It was awesome. The front entry has been recently remodeled and looks great, and I'm sure there will be more to come. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Scott was was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. All in all, you can't go wrong with this home.
