Flotteste udsigt og rigtigt pænt hotel og værelser.

Jeg elskede dette hotel med den smukkeste udsigt, roligt pænt værelse og en super god morgenmad . Tæt på Locarno og den flotte sø . Kan kun anbefales .

Bryder mig ikke om kontaktløs indtjekning . Tager for lang tid at scanne papir med QR kode, når man skal ind på værelset .

Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Portier Franco ganz ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat sich engagiert eingesetzt, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Top! Hinzu kommt das Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick, einfach ein Traum. Purer Luxus und das zu einem unschlagbaren Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

No doubts, we'll come back!

It was a nice weekend in Locarno. It was very easy self check-in. The Room was quiet big, with high ceiling, clean and in classic design. The balcony for two persons, the view from balcony amazing! I was very happy with staff communications. I forgot my phone charger, so they found it and I came back on the same day. Thank you so much for the quick reaction and help. Wish you a good season!

Preis Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall

Die Lage ist ideal, man kann direkt vom Hotel aus wandern. Das Frühstücksbuffett war herrlich. Alles was das Herz begehrt wurde angeboten. Und es hatte immer von Allem, dank dem aufmerksamen Personal.

comme ,j’ai fait 1 nuit , mon voisin d’à coté, parlait fort ,sur son balcon ,vers 22h15, j’ai dû fermer les portes du ba

ma chambre,avec vue, un bel emplacement. petit déjeuner buffet délicieux et copieux

la borne ,pour le check-in ,soucis pour s’enregistrer, heureusement,qu’il y’avait un sympathique gardien,pour m’aider le manque d’informations: en cas de soucis,pour la nuit ,problèmes avec les voisins, à qui il faut appeler ? en cas d’incendie? pas de consignes orales et pas de formulaires,dans la chambre, en tout cas pas trouvé, ce qu’il manque : un petit coffre-fort dans la chambre...

ci sono dei passi del self check-in non molto chiari… ho dovuto ripetere la procedura per via del tempo che scadeva le camere un po’ trasandate, pavimento della 117 inguardabile, poltrone polverose… (la 116 meglio) la pulizia lascia un bel po’ a desiderare

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere anche a piedi il centro di Locarno. La camera era spaziosa e la vista sul lago bellissima. La veranda per la colazione è super (la colazione un pò meno). Ottima anche la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio dell'hotel gratuitamente. Tutta la procedura di check in e check out automatico è veloce e semplice.

Tutto l'hotel è abbastanza "vecchiotto" e una risistemazione delle camere gioverebbe al confort generale. Dato che si tratta di un hotel senza reception nè personale, sarebbe stata gradita la possibilità di usufruire dei distributori automatici pagando con carta di credito.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande si les services ne sont pas votre priorité !

La vue depuis la salle du petit déjeuner est top, le petit déjeuner est complet et bon. Le check-in et check-out à la borne est pratique, mais cela implique aussi qu'il n'y a aucun service, malheureusement la piscine, le SPA, la salle de gym sont désaffecté alors que ça donnerais vraiment un grand plus à l'hôtel. Mais le rapport qualité-prix est très bon.

Hôtel vieillissant et sous-utilisé. Un restaurant ou un bar serait agréable car une fois revenu à l'hôtel, il n'y a rien à faire.

Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Wir waren das zweite Mal im E-Rooms und haben diesmal sogar Zimmer mit Balkon und Seesicht erhalten, top! Auch war es angenehm ruhig. Als ÖV Benutzerin bin ich zufrieden mit der Lage, mit dem Bus ist man schnell in Locarno. Gerne wieder solange es das Haus noch gibt in diesem Preissegment.

Dieses Mal wurden die Zimmer während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt und waren auch nicht extrem sauber bei Ankunft, ich finde, das könnte schon gemacht werden.

Für eine kurzes Nacht reicht es vollkommen aus.

Schöne Lage mit direktem Blick zum See

Beim Bad gab es kein Vorhang, somit wurden die schlafenden gestört. Auch war kein Spritzschutz beim Duschen vorhanden, halbes Bad war am Boden Nass. Das Frühstücksbüffet könnte vielfältiger sein.

Überraschend schöner Aufenthalt. Demnächst gerne länger.

Das Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Man kann sich richtig gut vorstellen, wie mondän es früher war. Die Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum sind sehr ordentlich, die Aussicht phänomenal, das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir kommen garantiert wieder. Das war wegen der Bewertungen eine richtige Überraschung.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist etwas veraltet aber alles war intakt und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall.

Das nach dem Frühstück kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort war. Schade das der Pool und der Umschwung nicht gebrauchstüchtig war.

Gutes Frühstück. Schönes Ambiente in und um das Hotel. Alles hochwertig und sehr sauber.

Klimaanlage keine Funktion. Personal beim Frühstück völlig unpersönlich bzw. unfreundlich. Nicht einmal gegrüßt wurde!

Good value for money, not a huge fan of this online check in system - it feels like an airport!

Breakfast service was excellent. The guy who worked there was very helpful in setting us up with free public transport passes. Fabulous old building - looks lovely on the outside.

Very strange set up. Other than breakfast service there were no employees apart from one guy who was there to assist with any of the check in machines. Pool was not in service and rooms could do with some investment, very tired.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were polite and friendly .

For 6 days the room was not cleaned, our garbage cans were full . On day 4 we had to “fight” to get clean towels . The elevator was dirty . The managers did not answer telephone calls

Nice hotel, nice location, great view but needs 1 staff member 24 hours in attendance.

The room had a great view.

We were at the hotel for three nights, every night we had noisy neighbours but with no staff in attendance, there was no one to remedy the situation.

Don't book unless for 1 pitstop night!

Information on booking.com is not complete about this facility. The swimming pool doesn't work, there is no staff, all Remote via a screen in the lobby. The parking facility is difficult to find, we accidentally saw the printout pictures on a column in the lobby that showed where to park, also instructions were incorrect, the parking door is supposed to open with a QR code, but it opens to anyone! Room was very small, barely possible to walk , same as for the bathroom. It is good for a pitstop of one night, but definitely not for a vacation. Very overpriced for what you get
