The staff was very nice and helpful. Just amazing people.
We packed our bags and moved to another hotel. They were kind to refund the money.
To our shock, the place is an elderly apartment home. The restaurant and room facilities (gym, spa …) only with old retired people. The room had the alarms and bed for old people. We traveled with small kids and they pressed the alarm buttons 2 times (alarm buttons were positioned in every room, livingroom, toilet …). We were told that if the kids will press again then we will pay penalties.
We booked the apartment because we needed the kitchen for our baby (to make the milk). In the kitchen there was a note saying that the kitchen facilities are not included in the room price and if we make anything dirty (included the sink) then we will have to pay cleaning penalties.
It was not specified that we will get an elderly home apartment. Shock!!!
