Direct lake views, an apple trees within the gardens, big landscaped grounds, the spa, and a beautiful courtyard at the heart of the hotel the service was excellent.
the sunbeds by the lake. They weren’t comfortable at all, had no cushions, and felt very basic. This was especially disappointing because one of the main reasons I booked the hotel was to relax by the lake.
The second disappointment was the Michelin-starred restaurant. The food was below my expectations, and I shared this feedback with the waiter.

Staff was great, i had initially booked for three nights and they accomodated only a two night stay as we had a personal issue without charging us. True top notch service. Amazing facilities. We have a 1 yo son and they were all super friendly. We will definately go back and make it a routing weekend visit for us during summer!

Unfortunately, the bathroom of the room above us did have a water leakage during the whole first night of our stay with significant noise which we had difficulty to identify.
