Location near lake and town breakfast acceptable could have been better for the money
It’s not a Hotel more an apartment building with Breakfast!! No one around after 5pm!! It made us feel very uncomfortable should there be a problem. Over priced accommodation and the parking also

We felt incredibly welcome from the very first moment. Cinzia and Nadia’s attention to detail made our short stay both comfortable and personal. We even received a room upgrade! We would gladly stay here again.
It was a bit cold in our room in the morning. But it was beginning of March so not very surprising.

Great and fresh breakfast. For the size and price of the hotel, the breakfast exceeded my expectation.
Real value for money and a good starting place to explore Ticino. They provide Ticino tickets that covered public transportation during our stay. It is so convenient and environmentally friendly.

Spotlessly clean and a good breakfast. we were upgraded and had a small balcony with a lake view.
Thin walls with no soundproofing. We could hear everything through the walls. it would benefit from a safe
