Great location and modern well appointed rooms.
Had to check into the room in a restaurant that sits below. Staff were busy and it was a real inconvenience to check us in. No information was offered at all. Asked about parking our motorbike as the Info states accessible garage but they told me there wasn’t one and that I would have to park in the street! I had booked this place as it states it had a garage. Literally had to ask for all the information. The final piece was being told about breakfast as the guy walked away from me! I know they were busy but please give guests a little respect.

Good location - 5 minute walk to the train station and right beside the lake promenade.
Sorry to say that but... - be aware that the room with a balcony and the mountain view also includes the train station view and noice (from balcony you can only see some part of mountain view, basicaly it is building and train station view). This additional information should be given in the room description.
Basic (even very limited for the price, I could say) breakfast - no vegetables or fruits, no hot food, just few meat and cheese slices, yogurt, fresh squeezed juice, bread and jam, coffee.
Bathroom/shower very very small.
Overall - dissapointing experience, an overpriced hotel (despite the great location, nothing good to tell). The hotel should think about changing some point of view about turists, it looks that the stuff is too much tired about the tourist matters.
