Ondermaats voor de prijs maar ik had een goede nachtrust.

locatie, personeel was top, ik had geen ontbijt inbegrepen

De verwarming ging nooit hoger dan 21.5 graden terwijl ik die op 22.5 had gezet. De vloer was best en mat was best vuil ( soms trapte ik op korreltjes en vuiltjes...). Het toilet was in een apart kamertje van de badkamer wat ik zeer vreemd vond maar OKE dat gaat wel. De douchekraan was wel zeer klein:( vorige keer had ik een grote regendouche. mijn vorige verblijf was veel veel beter.

Mijn kamer was zeer comfortabel en verrassend huiselijk.

Ik heb een kamer gekregen van een hogere prijsklasse dan degene die ik geboekt had, zonder dat ik ervoor moest bijbetalen.

Het baliepersoneel had me wel vlugger kunnen bedienen (er waren 4 personen aanwezig terwijl er slechts 1 en nadien 2 effectief incheckten).

Lekker dichtbij het vliegveld en met een shuttlebus gebracht

We kregen een appartement toegewezen en daarvan was het plafond nogal nat (geweest)

Stay was very good. Exceeded my expectations and would be happy to visit again.

Clean Room. Comfy beds and very nice interior. Staff were friendly and checkout was simple.

Destination of Hotel is not that good as public transport isnt as available.

We are very satisfied of our stay the staff are very friendly specially the one in the picture but we forgot her name she always happy Ang lots of energy for answering our question,keep that kind of employees she’s really professional of her work, and very accommodating even at night all our questions they answer very well it’s seems she never get tired of her work we love her already firstime we encounter staff like her 🥰🤗😘 Everything is in the hotel perfect for us… It’s a bit far in the city but it’s ok they have a free shuttle that are very accessible going to the city, thank you we have a great time there for sure will comeback 🤗🥰

Fijn en praktisch ivm onze vroege vlucht de volgende ochtend op schiphol..

De locatie en Starbucks restaurant voor take out. En gratis shuttle naar schiphol.

Exceptional value

I stayed for one night for the early morning flight. Chosen this hotel for the airport proximity and the price. I got a spacious apartment with a living room combined with kitchen and a bedroom. Everything was clean and neat. It was bigger and nicer then I expected considering the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Stop near airport with shuttle service

it’s a perfect stop overnight before flying out of Schiphol airport. modern , clean, comfortable rooms with free airport shuttle makes it good value . Buffet dinner in the restaurant was a great value too

I stayed one night in the apartment block. The entrance was a bit messy and inside the unit, although the heating system was on, it was cold and you must wear warm clothes. The room and hotel facilities were good. The sauna was a bit messy and the locks of most of the cupboards were broken. But the quality of the dinner and breakfast buffet with the price of 52 euros was good. It also has a large outdoor parking lot with a price of around 18 euros. If you don't mind the noise of the airplanes, it's a good hotel overall. And of course, many immigrant and war-affected families (🙏with respect🙏) live in two blocks of this hotel. just for information

Good hotel but very average service

The room was good and spacious

The charger points too many were all same, finding it difficult to find adaptors to charge the phone.the reception should be flexible with other currency rather than sticking to only euro.there was no water bottle available after the first day,it was said that two 500ml bottles will be provided only on first day and rest the customer will have to pay.there was no conditioners, toothbrushes,shaver or hair comb available and all these were meant for buying.the theatre was hot and sound was very poor.the breakfast close timing was rushed 40 mins prior( around 10:20) to its time allotted (11:00) on Sunday.

the view and the customer service was great

the bus to the city center was unavailable because they had lost the keys on the day I was there, also my booking wasn’t able to be found and it took a few hours of them making calls to clear it up

Great staff, great hotel, great facilities.

Staff and facilities are great. Was given a very nice room with nice view as well. Breakfast was very good and there were many options to choose from. Same goes for the dinner buffet. The free airport shuttle bus and the paid bus to Amsterdam were good. Huge plus if you like airplanes is the Boeing 747 in the garden of the hotel!

Would be nice if the dishes served at the restaurant had all been tagged with meat/fish/veg icons.

Hotel room was nice and clean, good spot to see planes. Facilities were good, swimming pool especially. Staff were polite and helpful.

Location not close to city. Food wasn't the best. Can charge loads for little things, plug converter was 17 and a half euros.

The most of all i loved stuff at skybar , they were so nice and amazing waitress . Cinema is amazing in hotel , also pool,spa and gym .

Fine if you just need somewhere close to the airport for a night

Large, spacious rooms bus service and bus driver were good

The air con or heat is quite noisy. The beds and pillows aren’t very comfy. There were a few random things in the room that needed cleaning like the light switches had dirty finger prints. The hotel looked new but there was a section where a trolley must have broken a bit of wood off a cupboard door in the hall and the piece of wood which was about 20cm in length was on the floor for the duration of the two days I stayed at the hotel. No milk in the shop. No ability to buy breakfast at check in for one night, it was two nights or nothing…

Shuttle bus was great and location is so close to the airport!

I like the buffet breakfast, and the quick and efficient check-in. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Hot water for the shower. The shuttle to and from the airport was the best part of the whole stay. The room was quite dark. Towels were fair.

The pillows were bad, the beds were strange with sheets wrapping around the blankets, and two single beds pushed together. I was upgraded to an apartment suite, but it was on the main floor right next to the staircase and I was woken up quite early by lots of footsteps and the neighbors upstairs making noise - so noiseproofing could be better. The general ambiance of the room was kind of awkward. Cleanliness of the room wasn't top-notch, and the shelving in my room was broken.

Don’t know what’s up with the rooms, but woke up with bites that seemed like bed bugs

Design was good.

Hotel was Late for check in, did not have any toiletry set in the room, I woke up with bites on my body as if it was bed bugs. Scratching until now.
