Excellent central location, within easy walking distance of the main sights.
The central location also makes parking difficult, as Zone 1 parking is not only expensive but full and limited in timing. The rooms are in the basement with only a frosted window and little natural light. There is no reception or luggage storage, and no shampoo was provided. Considering the high price, a bottle of cold water and some tea or coffee would have been a nice touch.

Très belle chambre proche du centre qui respecte les matériaux traditionnels, très spacieuse, propre et très bien décorée
Check in et out rapides et efficaces
La chambre est au RDC et donne sur la rue mais nous n’avons pas été dérangé ni par le passage (fenêtre opaque) ni par le bruit
Nous aurions aimé une bouteille d’eau fraîche au frigo à notre arrivée par ces temps caniculaires et des sticks de café pour les 2 jours
L’heure du Check out à 10h est un peu tôt

Very nice room, very clean and just like the pictures. Everything you need was there, comfy bed, nice shower with plenty of hot water. Small fridge and safe. Communication clear and prompt. I had a self check in from the key safe. The location is perfect just between the amphitheater and the old historic area, both just a five minute walk. I had the Portad'Oro room, which is street side, but there was no problem with noise. As a solo traveller on my first solo trip, I felt safe at all times. Pula was wonderful so much history and amazing architecture, I went to the gladiators show, which was such good fun. Look out for concerts in the small Roman amphitheatre too. Food so many choices. The public transport is easy to use I used the airport shuttle and the bus to Fazana to go to Brijuni Island National park. Amazing accommodation and amazing Pula I will be back.
Just be aware of the little birds when walking under the trees early evening as they do poop alot..
