Convenient boutique hotel close to the ferry and within easy walking distance of most attractions. The owner waited for us when our ferry was delayed by more than an hour. Breakfast was a bit minimal but sufficient. The property was a bit in need of some updating but was clean and quiet.

The staff were very helpful and even helped us carry our bags up the flight of stairs.
The breakfast choice was excellent with attentive service, freshly scrambled.
The position near the Arena with the town centre and harbour being easily walkable.
We would definitely stay again but take more notice when the gladiators display is scheduled.
Go down past the garage opposite and there's a local bar next to a supermarket.
The staff went above and beyond service at all times.
