Great location, very friendly and professional staff, and an excellent breakfast served at the table. I had a rental car, but the hotel still kindly offered me a free shuttle to the airport, (which is about 800 meters away). Even though I didn’t need it, I really appreciated the gesture and the excellent customer service.

The staff, the two brothers that we met (specially the one in the front desk and the other one in the restaurant) were Excellent !!
Sorry I forgot their names.
The one in the front desk did everything possible to help us find a room with an air conditioning that would work.
We switched rooms 3 times that afternoon. During the whole frustrating process he was very kind and apologetic.
His attitude was excellent and had great disposition to help us any way possible. He even help us and negotiated for us finding a private chauffeur car to drive us to Sarande Albania 🇦🇱
The two drivers were very good.
Location was so close to the airport and very practical.
Very good breakfast.
Manager very friendly and nice.
Air conditionings did not cool the room. They seem to have a problem, the room was very warm/hot and made it hard to sleep.
