Everything is great and excellent: the room clean and new, the hotel spotless, delicious breakfast, lovely garden, good parking spaces, the staff lady Loli is super kind and professional and helpful👍
Nothing, just small thing: no left between floors ( it is only few steps up ) and there is a helper man can carry the luggages if you need

من أجمل أماكن الإقامة التي قضيت فيها الإجازة..
المكان جميل والمناظر خلابة، الشلال قريب، ويوجد مطعم داخل الفندق وكذلك مطعم آخر في الخارج بالقرب منه.
تم استقبالنا من الموظفة الرائعة Altina، كانت مرحبة بنا وتجيب عن تساؤلاتنا، قامت بمساعدتنا بحمل حقائبنا (لأن المصعد فقط يصل للطابق الثاني ونحن في الطابق الثالث) ونشكرها على ذلك كثيرًا، وهي من قامت بتوديعنا أثناء المغادرة. كذلك صادفنا الموظفة Leonita في اليوم السابق وكان تعاملها لبقًا كذلك، طلبنا تسخين طعامنا، وحضرت بنفسها للغرفة لأخذ الطعام وتسخينه ثم احضاره لنا ونشكرها على ذلك كثيرًا.
أخذنا غرفة لثلاثة أشخاص، عبارة عن سرير مزدوج وأريكة سرير، يوجد خزانة ملابس وطاولة صغيرة مع أريكة صغيرة وشاشة ودورة مياه وشرفة وتوجد غلاية.
توجد ألعاب خارجية للأطفال، توجد الكثير من المناظر الخلابة في الحديقة والشلالات والأنهار.
قمنا بزيارة المطعم لتجربة العشاء والفطور (الفطور كان شاملًا ضمن الحجز، الطعام حلال ويوجد أصناف عديدة للعشاء والفطور، الطعام كان لذيذ وشكله جميل، يوجد المطعم في طوابق مختلفة يمكن اختيار أي طابق تريد الأكل فيه، المطعم له إطلالات جميلة ويمكن الأكل بالخارج في الطبيعة. أود شكر موظفين المطعم جميعًا على حسن تعاملهم وأسلوبهم الراقي، وأخص بالذكر من قاموا بخدمتنا:
Blerim، Agim lajqi، Ideal demaj ،
Auron ibraj، موظفين يُعتمد عليهم ويفهمون تفضيلات الزبائن.
لا يوجد أماكن خدمات قريبة مثل المتاجر أو الأسواق.
لا يوجد مصعد للطابق الثالث.
الغرفة كانت تحتاج للتنظيف في أماكن معينة لاسيما أن هناك شباك للعناكب خلف الشاشة وفي الشرفة.
