Excellent location. Friendly staff and good chef who prepared breakfast.
Access to the hotel was poor - we had to walk with heavy luggage for almost 800 metres (the hotel sent staff to help) through a public construction area. No transport was available for this distance. And the last bit of walking was through a tiny lane where two wheelers could barely fit it. During rain (we had lots of it), the entire tiny lane had flowing water ankle deep - how does a person come and go from the hotel in such conditions??!!
Rooms had no hooks or racks to hang jackets / clothes - very inconvenient. There were small cockroaches in two out of 3 rooms we had booked. Staff is not paying enough attention to cleanliness.

had to walk through crowded streets to get to the water
location in alley and hard to find.
