Mario was extremely friendly. Even met us at the nearby train station. Explained everything in Spanish, the room was very cozy and comfortable and even came with coffee and some other food items at our disposal with no extra cost. It was an apartment style room, so dishes and cups were also available. AC as well.
No negatives at all to report. Everything was excellent.

Camera molto pulita, accogliente e ben arredata. La posizione è comoda per visitare Milano e il check-in è stato semplice e veloce. Il personale è stato gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Nulla di particolare, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e ha soddisfatto le aspettative.
