Heating, location, nice staff and free parking. Good cost/benefit
It feels dirty and it’s dark. There are always some hairs in the bed or the cushions (I have stayed many times). The shower doesn’t have a door and you can notice the toilet paper was wet before with the water from someone else shower. Last time the toilet was smelling like a public bathroom after the shower made everything wet. The walls are thin, made of drywall and you can hear the neighbor snoring, I was in a call and the staff asked me to not make noise after 10pm basically because there is not noise isolated at all.

Very friendly young man on the desk, even though he had a wedding party cope with. A good asset to the hotel.
Breakfast was fairly basic for the price.

The hotel is very lovely, the room was big and very comfortable. The bed was small but perfectly nice. I had to leave very early so I didn't have a chance to stay for breakfast.
I booked this hotel because I was having trouble getting a place near Wageningen and its a very short ride away if you need to stay in the area and 5 minutes away from the train station which is very convenient.
I was there for work, but the place looked very beautiful and I think it would be a great location to host a party for an event like a wedding.

Staff was friendly, location OK.
Truly outdated. Extremely dirty carpets, outdated bathroom (not even with a shower curtain so everything goes wet), socks from previous guest were still in the room (he knocked the next morning to pick them up). The window couldn’t be opened while the rooms don’t have air-conditioning and are ridiculously warm.
Yes, quite an awful experience. Only reason not to rate them even worse: staff was very friendly and breakfast decent breakfast.
