Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious
We had emailed ahead to ask what time the pool shut and were told 10pm, so we planned our evening and journey accordingly. We arrived at 8.40pm and as we were going out to the pool, the staff said they were about to close. We asked if our daughter could have a quick dip as she had been looking forward to it, so they said yes but then never saw the staff again. So if we hadn't caught them then we wouldn't have been able to get in the pool.
The bathroom was in great need of a deep clean, particularly the shower and the shower head and the radiator was very rusty

The facilities are really nice, the pool is great and they even have pool side service. There was an event going on but that didn't affect us at all. Service for dinner was still great and there was no noise in our room eventhough the party had quite loud music. It was a great escape from the heatwave in the city.
The room only has a fan, so it was quite warm and humid. But it is not often that there are 32 degrees in the Netherlands, so understandable.

Room size is ok. Gym and sauna were empty so I enjoyed.
I came at 1 AM. Was not able to open key locker. Lady at support line nidnt try to help. She hang up. I was in fear that I must sleep in the car. Locker eventually worked out. Bit Scarry.
