Staff was very helpful and nice. Location could not be nicer or better for
old city area. Lots of cafe and shops very near. 10 minute walk to sea front 5 minute walk to lovely old town centre
Not hotels fault but town water supply needs repairing.

Location very good. Staff exceptional.
Toilet next to our room, people visiting it at all hours. While we were there the noise from other rooms was bad. Last night we were there, girls screaming, doors slamming, guy retching up and someone taking a shower at 3.45am
