Location was excellent, communication through WhatsApp was excellent, easy access once we discovered the keypad wasnt a doorbell camera, the room was very clean and basic, all we wanted was a place for a sleep and it did the job perfectly. There are two buildings one across from the other, one has safety deposit boxes in it.
A sign over the digital keypad which is blacked out when on standby would have been a great help.
Unsure which block we were supposed to go to as we didnt see any signs indicating which one was which unless we missed it somehow.

The location was as central as it could be, the breakfast was perfect in every sense of the word, and the room was decent. It was relatively easy to get to the room following the instructions.
For some reason there wasn’t any hot water, so showering was a little tough. Finding the parking took a bit more time than expected.

We loved the location and how easy and fast the check in/check out process was. The value for money was excellent and I doubt that thare is better housing for that cheap in marbella. The staff asnwered in less than 5-10 min every time we tried to contact them. If your looking for a place to spend the night in Marbella this is the perfect place.
The shower was a little bit small and had only warm water.

Good location, friendly staff (although online only), decent condition rooms. Allows direct walk to the beach in one direction and to the old town and the other direction. Value was decent given location and time of year.
Some repairs needed (mostly bathroom), bad smell in one of the rooms, horrible wifi, multiple steps needed to get in (code to enter the building, then different code to get the key of the room) which got confusing since we had 2 rooms in 2 different buildings (and it was not clear which building was which / which room was in which building)
