I've been staying here for years and each time i go i notice how much they have refurbished and put into the place. It just keeps getting better and better. And all the staff (including the cleaning staff) are so lovely.
The only, and I mean only tiny issue, and its one that has been an issue for a few years now, is the plumbing. As in, you can hear next doors shower and toilet and its really loud so depending on when they use the facilities it can wake you up quite early.

The room had been updated which was lovely.
Hated and really inconvenient that NO mirrors had been replaced in the room for 3 guests. Only 1in the bathroom, had to stand OnThe toilet to see how I looked, also drying and styling hair in bathroom not ideal as all steamy.
Had a word with reception and the lovely receptionist agreed
