No soap at the bathroom sink, you have to reach into the shower to get soap to wash your hands-this is unacceptable in this day and age
No towel left for the bathroom sink, 2 small bath towels and 2 hand towels only, not enough for folks with long hair!

Great location and value for money.
While the bed was big, there was no room for anything else in the room. The bed was right underneath a curtained window, which was horrible and there was a table pushed right up to the side of the bed, which you couldn't really walk past when you got out of bed. There was a telephone hanging off the wall. The toilet flush fell off the wall and the shower bracket didn't work. Shower is also absolutely tiny.
