Place clean but old and tired
Had dinner in restaurant next to hotel menu poorly done especially for English speakers
Main course was a tough old pork chop served with Roquefort sauce both the hop and the sauce were cold

We were given a free upgrade to 4*. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. We loved the pool area especially as it was included in the price. We paid to use the thermal area and loved it too. Breakfast was good. We ate in the Casino cafe the food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced.
Along with most hotels in Spain there was no kettle in the room.

It was clean and the staff were nice !
The bed in the room was quite hard and uncomfortable with only 1 pillow each, I found it difficult to sleep.
