It was very clean
It is not exactly a 4 star experience. No coffee or tea in the room. No food in the mini bar. Breakfast starts too late (8pm).

Extra large bed, and good size bathroom, cheap and well stocked mini bar on first floor. Good communication prior to arrival about parking and check in time. Good location.
Description was of a 'new hotel', however the quality of some of the interior (work surface and chairs in bedroom) was not new. The sun terrace was not available to use but we were not told about this in advance. There was a minimal selection of hot food for breakfast. Toiletries not refilled for 2nd night stay. Photos showed a double massage on the sun terrace, but could do neither of these. Only single massages available and no access to the sun terrace.
