The staff are lovely - shout out to Jorge in F&B who was exceptional
Literally every single person I interacted with could not have been more helpful - wonderful

The weakest link by far was F&B - the quality of food was truly mediocre / the restaurant organization terrible / room service was also a disaster
Friday night - The hotel was full - the Mexican restaurant was inexplicably closed ( why ?) so everybody was in the buffet restaurant - so why then cordon off 30% of the seating ? Result - the available seating was packed out - very difficult to find a seat and the food could not in any way be described as good - the ambiance was on par with a noisy school cafeteria
Room service took an hour on the first morning and over two hours the second morning
This is not Meliá standard - truly awful
Whoever is organizing F&B you have some serious work to do
