- Good location, about a 5-6 minute walk from Borås train station.
- Hotel staff were friendly with excellent English skills.
- Room was spacious, clean and in good condition.
- Bed(s) were comfortable.
- Bathroom had a bath as well as a shower cubicle, which was a nice bonus.
- Breakfast had a good selection, and was in a nice room (hotel bar).
- Hotel bar was busy at night and appeared to be one of the places in town "to be". It was good fun to mix with the locals. The Karaoke in particular was an excellent experience, especially when the whole bar joined in on some of the Swedish songs (!).
- Supermarket next door and some other bars/ restaurants on the same street or the streets nearby.
- A safe in the room would have been nice.
- The room had two single beds pushed together with separate duvets - this is common in Scandinavia and was fine for me but some people may not like this.
- Shower pressure could be improved.
- The front desk informed me that there may be some noise as my room was directly above the hotel bar. The noise was not excessive to me but it is worth mentioning.
- Clean towels/ changing the sheets would have been good, even for a short stay. I realise there is a "green/ eco push" but hotels should get back to doing this for their guests. A wet towel is no good and asking for another one at reception is inconvenient.

The staff couldn’t of done anymore they were so lovely and welcoming. Great location for the reasons we were visiting.
Rooms could do with a little kettle as I would like a tea when i wake up.

Check-in was a breeze. They had a place to fill water bottles, which I find so rare in Sweden. Staff was excellent, super friendly. Beds were very comfortable, fell right asleep. They offered complimentary ear plugs but I did not need them. The breakfast was normal and appreciated. Did not get a chance to use the gym or the sauna or the game tables downstairs. Cool they had recycling.
Not really a problem but some of the facilities ( hallways, rooms, bathrooms ) are dated. Will gladly take that for the price. The elevator appeared to have buttons for music but they either did not work or we could not figure out how to work them.
