The hotel is on the edge of the city center, and if you’re lucky you can park on the street, which is free from 6 pm to 9 am. The hotel was clean enough and the breakfast was passable.
Like other guests have commented, not all rooms have been updated. The pictures on this site do not reflect the tired, dated look of the room they will give you. I suspect that they give preference to people who book direct. Either way, if they haven’t updated all their rooms, they shouldn’t put the nice pictures on this site. Better to be surprised if you get a nice new room, than to be disappointed when you walk into 1995. Although they have “hot” breakfast items on warming plates, it’s all ice cold. So skip sausage, eggs, and bacon, and make do with cold cuts and yogurt.

There was no jacuzzi or swimming im g pool. I thought there was one.

Great location - very convininent location - close to everywhere (bus station, restaurants, grocery stores...)
Nice breakfast - so many options (also a lot of lactose-free products - perfect for me!)
Friendly staff - I could drop by my luggage earlier than the allowed check-in time. Super convenient!
I felt it was a bit cold sometimes because the heater is next to the window. After you close the curtains, it feels that the heat is blocked too. The window cannot be closed very well.

The location and the restaurant/ bar area. It had a pleasant atmosphere
The windowless bedroom. It was very dry and dimly lit. Dust particles occurred from the air conditioning and it felt very claustrophobic for me.
