Customer service excellent,from reception staff , shuttle drivers , food service , housekeeping all brilliant.
I saw 2 cockroaches at the Masala restaurant and that put me off. Thats the only negative comment that I have .

Staff were very pleasant. We got upgraded to a villa which was absolutely stunning! The rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Service was 10/10 all around. Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared.

The dining experience really took away from my overall rating. We went to the Dragonfly Restaurant twice. The first time, our reservation was for 7 pm; we were not served the entree until 9 pm. The second was slightly better but still too long.
The Windjammer restaurant's entrees were inconsistent; some food was reasonably good, but other was Meh! For example, the Lamb Tagine, a $65 entree, was bland. The breakfast buffet was also downgraded in my rating because the food was lukewarm. It did, however, offer made-to-order omelets and a variety of fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal options. The Indian Restaurant was excellent, as was Papa Don's. The Upper Deck was good, but the service was again slow. I had to remind them to bring my cocktail. The beach service was also very slow. Often 50 minutes between making an order and receiving it. This was partially corrected when I asked a server if I would be better off going to the bar myself, explaining to him my experience with the long delays. He took this as a challenge and proudly brought me my drink within 25 minutes. Even the bar service was slow, but still the best of the lot.

Love the all inclusiveness of the property. The fact that you get to experience everything without having to leave the property
Was not happy about my room . It looked totally different from the picture when we booked . It didn’t feel clean it needed an upgrade. Plus you can hear everything from the guest next door which was very disturbing.
