Beautiful setting and amazing staff
Property is not providing any transportation from Tatranská Lomnica. This is a problem particularly for the older visitors and young families coming without the car. Taxis were not available over the weekend despite calling 6 different numbers. I feel that the hotel with this reputation and price tag should be able to provide the transport when visitors needed for a fee or for free.

We loved our room, location, the staff was all friendly the outdoor pool was great for all of us.
The only thing I could say is that the bread was all stale at breakfast, but that is minor and nothing to complain about

Breakfast was amazing, and the evening meal despite it being a buffet was really good if a little choice limited.
Room was large and comfortable with great bed.
They charged me £30 for my dog - that is a bit steep !
The shower was old school over the bath and the shower screen didn't cover the area of the shower.
Worst - no air conditioning - I didn't check but I expected it especially as I had a dog with me.....

The building itself was very nice, and some parts of the interior also looked great. The food was very good, as was the wellness area.
The property needs new facilities, it is very old and many things are broken. Also, you can’t have a hotel without air conditioning in the rooms anymore, not even in the High Tatras. The food was excellent; however, I would appreciate it if the vegetables were not deep-frozen but fresh, especially during the summer months. The wellness area was fine, but there should have been no kids after 9 pm as stated on the doors. Unfortunately, there were nine unsupervised children jumping into the pool at 10pm. We had to warn the receptionist, and they did absolutely nothing about it.
