Ubytovanie bolo jemne vybývané, ale nič nám neprekážalo a to vďaka výbornému a milému personálu - recepčný a aj jeho kolegyňa. Takto má vyzerať personál v hoteli ! ďakujeme
nábytok a vybavenie je už staršie ale dá sa.

Hotel ubicat al peu dels Alts Tatres, amb molt bones vistes i molt ben situat. Molt a prop del funicular a Hrebienok i a 10 minuts en cotxe de Poprad. Molt tranquil, integrat dins d'una urbanització. Un parell de restaurants a 15 minuts caminant (3 min en cotxe).
La piscina interior li dona un plus (per això el valoro amb un 8). Fantàstica per a un bany relaxant després d'una excursió o d'estar tot un dia fent turisme. L'habitació era molt gran i el bany era correcte.
L'habitació, malgrat ser gran, necessitava una rehabilitació. Per altra banda no ens van venir a fer l'habitació cap dels 2 dies que vam ser-hi. El primer no van passar i el segon estàvem sortint de l'habitació i en lloc d'esperar va anar a una altra i ja no va tornar. També vam tenir certa dificultat en l'idioma perquè la persona que ens va atendre només parlava eslovac. Ens va estranyar que com a atenció al públic no parlés res de, com a mínim, anglès.
L'esmorzar molt justet de varietat pel preu que et costa. A més calia anar demanant les coses que s'acabaven perquè si no, no ho reposaven.

I liked the space and the location since there was a beautiful view of the mountains. I liked the pool and the breakfast bufet.
I didn’t appreciate that I was put in a smaller and worse room because the key card to my first room didn’t work. I was put in an adjoining room with a very loud and drunk couple. I couldn’t sleep all night. After asking for a different room, I was put in the room I was originally supposed to get but at that time it was too late for me to get proper sleep.
