Ottima l'accoglienza da parte della famiglia Egger, cordialissimo lo staff e molto belle le camere. Pulizia ottima, ottima anche la colazione e la cena, portate piccole ma ben servite e cucinate. Comodissimi i parcheggi interni gratuiti e la vicinanza alla fermata dell'autobus per Merano. Bellissimi i giardini e la piscina, anche se non ne ho usufruito. Consiglio!

Wir waren mit der Familie für eine Woche hier. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Angestellten sind so was von nett, höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit ist erschreckend penibel. Selten haben wir ein so sauberes Hotel erlebt. Das Frühstück ist sehr fein. Es gibt wirklich alles was man möchte. Der Kaffee ist aus einer Siebträger Maschine und klasse. Wir haben Halbpension gehabt und das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Salatbüffet mit frischen Salaten, dann 4 Gänge zu Auswahl: Fisch, Fleisch und Vegetarisch. Es gibt mittags selbst gebackenen Kuchen.
Die ganze Location ist toll und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist ebenso sehr sehr sauber und groß genug. Die kinder waren sehr glücklich und den ganzen Tag darin. Es gibt einen indoor und einen outdoor pool, einen indoor whirlpool und einen outdoor whirlpool. Ebenso Sauna, Infrarot Kabine und Massage Möglichkeiten. Parkplätze sind auch mehr als genug vorhanden. Die Preise sind moderat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne.wieder.

Buona posizione, discreta colazione e buona cena. Personale cordiale. La Spa interna non è male anche se andrebbero curati alcuni complementi d'arredo.
Arredamento datato che a mio avviso andrebbe rifatto completamente. La mia camera, Junior suite, ampia ma decisamente sotto livello per essere un 4 stelle. Forse più simile ad un 2 stelle. Divanetto vecchio e macchiato, arredo scarno ed anacronistico. E questo vale anche per l'ingresso e la reception. L'area esterna con piscina ed idromassaggio andrebbe rifatta. Sul sito si vedeva che era così; è stato un mio errore che, nel prenotarlo, ho prestato poca attenzione.
