Superior Doppelzimmer. Preis /Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Sehr großes Zimmer und Bad. Viele Schränke. Klimaanlage
effektiv und leise. Sehr gutes Menu am Abend auch auf der Terrasse. Auch der Garten und Pool waren sehr schön.
Das Zimmer könnte etwas gemütlicher eingerichtet sein. Platz ist genug vorhanden.Die de Lux Zimmer bieten bessere Aussicht auf Meran.

Man hat uns zunächst ein dunkles, kaltes und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer angeboten. Nachdem dann der Abfluss der Toilette offensichtlich verstopft war, wollte ich entweder ein anderes Zimmer oder sofortauschecken. Das Zimmer entsprach in keinster Weise dem, was in Booking.com angeboten wurde. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer, mit dem Hinweis, dass dies ein Upgrade sei und wir ja das billigste Zimmer gebucht hätten. Bei€ 360 € die Nacht und dem was in Bildern dargestellt war, passte das nicht mit dem ersten Zimmer überein. Wir werden definitiv nicht nochmal kommen. Zur Ehrenrettung muss man jedoch sagen, dass das Essen und der Service gut waren.
