- Location right in the center of the park; you step out of the building and you are immediately in a beautiful area, very close to the river and surrounded by greenery, which is the hotel's biggest asset.
- You can bring dogs, a bowl and treats were waiting for us, super!
- In the summer, breakfast can be eaten outside the dining hall with a beautiful view of the park.
- I recommend the new building because it is quite quiet and cozy.
- The large and free parking lot is wonderful, a marvelous perk of this place
- The staff practically does not speak English, as a Polish woman, I had trouble communicating. Overall, the service was expressionless and unapproachable, which felt strange to us. No one expects the staff to jump for joy at the sight of us, but at least a single welcoming smile would have been a nice touch.
- The entrance to the new building is locked at night, and you cannot even enter with a key card, so getting to the room requires a long walk through the main building.
- The breakfasts are very poor, max 3-star quality.
- We had to ask the reception desk several times to have the room cleaned so that someone would come at least once during our 5-day stay. The cleaning lady looked exhausted, you could tell she had too much work. In the end, we just asked her to take out the trash.
- Thank God we had a room in the new building, because near the old building music plays at full blast all the time by the fountain in the park- it's a nightmare!
- The exact same drawbacks have been appearing in reviews for years, but it's clear the hotel does nothing about them because people keep coming for the location anyway
