Staff very attentive, everything is up to detail, spa and pool area very clean. Relaxing atmosphere, very comfy beds. One of the hotels we definitely will be coming back. Very good location and fabulous breakfast choices
Soiled carpet by coffee machine in the room, shower below the waist area needs a bit more TLC when cleaned, sorry

Breakfast, interior, fresh air around, very comfy beds. Good SPA, with wide selection on precedures, done by professionals. For my dog there were provided not only bowls, but also a blanket, treats and towel. Very quite surrounding and rooms, calm nature around with forests and river, good restaurant.
A bit overpriced, reception staff could have been more friendly and smile sometimes.

We are returning customers - for 4th time!!! And the hotel definitely deteriotated. No option for half board anymore - just for preregistered separately booked groups. The issue definitely has to be cared by the management. Plenty of food at breakfast, but its quality was much better - it was "industrialised". Still great hotel with magnificent location, but kindly note these remarks before things go worse.
Conditioning issue. In hot days it simply didn't make the job. Minibar/fridge issue - in hot days didn't make the job. Kindly process a deep investigation by your technicians whether a massive repair of cooling and conditioning systems has to be cared of.

Spa area was overrun with screaming children including some in nappies. Not the calming spa experience you might wish for. Supposed to be no children after 8pm but this was not enforced by the staff there. If you’re looking for calm peaceful spa then do not go to this hotel
