Good room and bathroom size, nice balcony.
Robes were miserable condition. Considering it is supposed to be a SPA experience, robes do not come anything close to a luxurious feeling. Coffee machines need to be tossed out — anytime one is switched on, entire floor can hear it. It’s awful.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, stylish rooms, peaceful hotel with SPA access, allows dogs and even had a dog bed and water bowl prepared, which was considerate. Location is great for walks as well, especially with pine forest facing view - very peaceful. Breakfast options were delicious.
Definitely not a dislike, but experience would've been elevated by an additional - thinner - pillow option. The current one, while comfy, is a bit of a neck-breaker. But if you like big pillows there's no negatives whatsoever.

The restaurant was good. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Cleanliness. The bathroom - shower is very unclean and were very dirty. The shower was uncleaned, with a lot of soap scum, mold and mildew in the corners, and lime scale deposits in the shower walls and corners and at the bottom of the glass. The mirrors in the room were streaky and very dirty. The balcony was full of cobwebs. The table in the balcony was stained with leftover drink marks from previous guests and uncleaned. Very, very poor.
