Locations was perfect, staff very friendly

There were some glitches - I had by mistake booked 2 rooms and this was not picked up at the check in time Standard room has no view - looks at the wall and windows of another building, would not recommend this room This room also has not working air conditioning Decaf coffee for the room I had to ask separately Very dark lights in the bathroom, not good for makeup application Coffee maker was not working in my room, the plug was behind the fridge that I have yo move personally to make coffee

It was cold the room and the stuff didn’t manage to increase the heating or solve the problem quickly. We had to leave to another hotel. Very sad experience
