Very cozy boutique type hotel, every room is different, with a unique story. Location could not be better, right in the heart of downtown. We are extremely grateful to the staff.. We came right after midnight from a concert, all totally wet and hungry, everything was already closed, just checked the restaurant on the second floor (closed of course) and met a young man, probably leaving home (Benas was his name). He gave us some yogurts and fruits and refused to take any money. It was so nice of him.. Because of this and incomparable atmosphere, whenever we will be in Vilnius, we will definitely stay only at Shakespeare's. Thank You so much!!!

The Room has been quite nice and well decorated.
There was some good amount of dust in the living area of the room.
The door handle for the bathroom door did not stay in place and was falling out.
The bathroom amenity set (and the bathroom towels too) was place just for one person, not for two as needed.
The tea cups were not cleaned or replaced during the room service.
