Location is superb. Breakfast - very delicious. Room was pretty large, with big windows and nice view to the sunset. I enjoyed having both - shower and bathroom. An iron is available upon your request. Tea/coffee and drinking filtered water made the stay comfortable. The staff is very welcome. The nearby street is quite busy and loud, but closed window solved this problem. Conditioner was working very quite and didn't disturb.
Too tough and high pillows (just my preferences) and necessity to wait for some time for the hot water in a shower.

Stayed at the Novotel Vilnius Centre for a few nights and came away genuinely pleased. The location is the standout — walkable to the Old Town, Cathedral Square and most of what you'd want to see, without the cobblestone-alley noise you get staying right inside the historic centre.
The room was clean, well-sized for a city hotel, and the bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains worked properly, which matters more than people admit. AC was effective and quiet
Minor gripes: parking is limited and the hotel restaurant felt a bit generic in the evenings. Vilnius has excellent restaurants nearby, so this isn't really a problem

The Novotel Vilnius has a great location in the Old Town, just about a five-minute walk from the Cathedral, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., which is increasingly common nowadays, but unfortunately the hotel would not accommodate an earlier check-in unless we paid an additional €45. This felt rather inflexible, especially if a room is already available.
We did not have breakfast as €25 per person seemed quite expensive. One other design choice we found puzzling was having a full-sized bathtub and a separate shower, with the shower being surprisingly small. Since most guests are likely to use the shower rather than the bathtub, a more spacious shower would have been a much more practical use of the space.
Our room was comfortable overall, although the carpets throughout the hotel looked quite worn and dated and could use an update. We also found the housekeeping somewhat lacking in attention to detail: during our stay, the sink in the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
