The interior, the staff, the breakfast.
- No 24/7 key.
- The button to activate the Jacuzzi bubbles didn't work, or couldn't be found.

Fab location in Vilnius old town. Lovely property with nice rooms. Staff were great and nice to have spa facilities.
Breakfast was disappointing, whilst lots of choice, it wasn’t very appetising. Though the spa is lovely in a gorgeous setting, the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the sauna wasn’t hot one night out of the 2.

The hotel is in a perfect location to reach any place in Vilnius on foot. The staff is great, the building beautiful, and the food fresh and delicious. Parking is available.

Excellent location right in the centre of Vilnius. Parking was available. The chap who helped us with our luggage was really lovely and helpful.
The person on reception when we booked in was very short and not friendly.. The style is very old - some people will like it. The breakfast was very poor - it’s downstairs with no natural light or windows so it smells of food and the choice was very poor. There are lots of steps in the hotel which could be a problem for some people. I was surprised as the reviews for this hotel were amazing - just not for us
