I really liked the breakfast — the food quality was very good, and the healthy options were satisfying. I also liked the accommodation, and the location was excellent. The level of English of the staff was great!
There were several aspects that did not meet expectations. The pillows were uncomfortable, no slippers were provided, and the hand soap left a residue that was difficult to rinse off completely. At check-in, I was asked to provide my bank card details even though the accommodation had already been paid for in full. Additionally, one of our room key cards did not work as it appeared to be demagnetised; the staff simply handed us a replacement without verifying our identity, which raised some security concerns.
