Desk, location, parking, view
hot water wasn’t hot enough, language troll did not have air in none of the 4 tyres, nobody asked to help me with the language, room 35 was did not have sufficient internet connection. Having these things available it does not mean it is usable. i would advise deleting it from hotel description otherwise it is false promise
