Air conditioning was a bit all or nothing, pointed at the bed. But it was extremely hot, so it was needed.

This is a nice hotel in a very good central location in Avignon, very close to the restaurants of Place des Corps Saints and to everything in central Avignon. The friendliness of the staff in letting me leave luggage before I could check in was most appreciated. The rooms were fine. This is a good option for central Avignon, particularly if you do not want to spend too much.

The hotel was small and in a good location down a side road near the station near a lovely square for eating in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked well in the recent heat.
We had to wait for a long time for anyone to come to reception (20 minutes) when we were very hot and tired. Another french guest had to ring an emergency number to get someone to come. These things happen but an explanation or apology would have been good! The toilet seemed to move around and you couldn't shower without holding the shower head but those were small things and generally it served a purpose well.

Location was great , short walk from the station and pretty much in the centre of the city ,
Check in process was not great. Received a call from the hotel explaining how to check in, nobody at reception. The hotel has a bad spell like a toilet . Room also has a bad smell , very basic . Very worn, tired property.
