A basic style room but comfortable none the less. Welcomed and given a map and a brief description of what was where in Avignon. It is about 10 minutes walk from the centre which is crammed with bars and restaurants and places like the Palace de Papes and of course, THAT bridge. There are no evening meals available at the hotel and breakfast is the usual bread, croissant and pain au chocolat plus a small selection of cheeses and ham. Some dried fruits and cereals also available. A surprisingly good selection of teas and coffee and orange and grapefruit juice ( from concentrates).
We were lucky with regards to parking. Just as we arrived a car moved off so we were able to park right outside. We were given a sign to say we were guests and just left the car there for our two night stay. We had reserved a parking spot but were not charged for it as we didn’t use it. I would suggest you do reserve parking,
Don’t expect the ultimate in luxury but for what we paid it was fine. My bedside light didn’t work and was replaced with no trouble
No kettle in the room and you have to ask to use a hairdryer.

Very nice and clean hotel just outside Avignone’s wall. They have a safe garage where we parked our motorbike just in front of the hotel.
Breakfast is available on site.

The size of the room and bathroom.
The shower sprayer did not work. The room was not soundproof as indicated. Could hear muffled conversations and child screaming.
