Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. Nice and clean, quick check in process quick and easy. Having 24 hour concierge was great, didn’t get in until 1145. Hotel provided juice, water x2 and a Coke, all complimentary, very surprised and appreciative of this. Getting in so late meant no opportunity to grab a drink.
For the reason I stayed there the hotel was perfect.

I like the breakfast, even though it’s simple it is really good and has everything you need. The pain au chocolat is perfect, I had to many🥲great coffee as well.
We originally ordered the suite, but it was quite unclean and full of spots. Probably previous guests fault, but we asked to switch and it was no problem. The other rooms are great.

Recognised company in a foreign country, good transport links, nearby shops & restaurants
The staff were a bit rude, one pushed past me on the way out of the hotel, two used the elevator at the same time as me but no greeting or acknowledgment in any way. A large hold was placed on my card at the beginning of my stay, cost was more than quoted at time of booking. Toilet was not very clean.
