Fresh finishing, quiet room, lots of restaurants in a mile radius
Strangely we did not have bottle opener in our room and needed to ask it from reception. To my surprise they reacted like it was normal

Nice, spacious, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Location okay, tram stop very close, only 4 stops to Hbf. The street side noisy when the window is open, otherwise okay. A nice large park across the street, a supermarket next door.

It's very clean, newly decorated and located in a very convenient place, with multiple transportation options just around the corner and very easy access to the central tram station to get to the airport.
For the over 200euro per night, it was quite disappointing level of service.
The hotel is understaffed, so there is nobody at reception in the evening & night, you also can't get in from the front door at night and need to go through the garage door literally. And it has a very mixed navigation inside the hotel, for some rooms stairs is only option which is not really cool when you have your luggage.
There is no phone in the room, so if you need to ask for anything, you need to go to the reception.
No fridge in the room (I honestly don't remember if I've ever stayed in a room with no fridge)
No mirror in the room (except the one small in the bathroom). No water in the room, a water bottle that they left in the room cost 3euro (and it's only possible to understand it from a tiny sticker). No cleaning unless you request it.
Room facing kinder garden and from 8am kids will scream non-stop all day.
Overall I had a feeling that I stayed in kinda hostel, a good one but this should not cost over 200 euro per night.
