Very good continental style breakfast sets you up for the day, and we liked the modern open setting. Light and airy, quiet areas and a nice buzz too.
One thing we missed was having the freedom to brew a cuppa in your own room. It's a minor thing we know, and you could always buy a coffee or tea downstairs and relax. It's not a make or break thing.

I flew into Berlin on Sunday to visit the IFA 2026 trade show at the Berliner Messe on Monday. Due to my late arrival at the hotel, I had to do the check in (including keycard creation) with a computer, which worked surprisingly well. The one-person-staff (for reception and bar) was busy, but very friendly and helpfull. I appreciated the cosy atmospere on the ground floor where people where reading, working or having drinks. The hotel is perfectly located at walking distance from the Central Station. Nicely decorated and clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Free coffee and water throughout your stay.
Minor point for improvement: there was a QR-code to use the free WiFi. This works fine for mobile devices (smartphone & tablet), but was more challengine for my laptop.

The hotel is quiet. Staff are helpful. Cleaning only when required. WiFi worked ok.
No chairs in the room. No desk. No USB plugs. No fridge or water. Limited choice for breakfast.
