Excellent location in quiet side street but easy walking distance of public transport.
Staff friendly.
Breakfast option was not too expensive and perfectly adequate
Upon arrival, door was locked and all lights were off. Looked like the place was closed down. Buzzer for the reception was not obvious.

Fantastic location and friendly staff. The building may be old, but our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The room was well heated, the bed was comfortable with crisp, clean sheets. The shower had good pressure and the temperature was perfect. We will happily stay here again when we are in Berlin next time.

Staff were not welcoming
Very dark in the hallways/corridors / light was not working properly
No check out instructions as we left before front desk opened. We had to guess and just leave the key in the bedroom
