Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Nürnberg

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Vom Hotel sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Bad renoviert. Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind alle sehr freundlich.Wir hatten auch das Glück einen kostenlosen Hotelparkplatz zu ergattern.

Superfreundliches Personal und köstliches Frühstück unterstützen das Erlebnis Nürnberg!

Eine tolle Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Touren durch Nürnberg und ein super Frühstück lassen den Tag grandios beginnen. Das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal erhält extra Pluspunkte!

Das Badezimmer war schon in die Jahre gekommen und der Heizkörper ziemlich verstaubt. Die Taste der Klospülung hing nur mehr am „seidenen Faden“ und verlangte Fingerspitzengefühl 😉

A Norimberga con la famiglia

Ottima posizione per "esplorare" la città, parcheggio all interno del hotel, ma c'è anche un parcheggio pubblico coperto a pagamento a due passi. la stanza che mi è stata assegnata era molto spaziosa divisa in due piani uniti da una scala a chiocciola,e devo dire che lo trovata molto accogliente. soltanto i corridoi per arrivare in camera risultano almeno la prima volta un po intricati. il bagno è ottimo,asciugamani nuovi e puliti, manca il bidè (come tutti gli hotel all estero). pulizia ok.

Location, clean rooms.

The parking lot in the courtyard was full so the staff send us to a nearby parking house with information that the next day we will get a card from the hotel for the machine in the parking house. We got the card, ok, but had to pay extra 15 euros. This was not announced beforehand and is not fair compared to the other guests who have free parking. We stayed in the old house in the back. The place was very noisy, the whole night there was loud noise from the drunken people in the back street. I would not recommend this place.

I will come again :)

Breakfast was great and we accidentally came to the festival so all the explanations and help during the check-in were great. I will for sure come again.

I liked everything and I missed that CPH hotels do not have a kind of loyalty club.

We reserved this room on our arrival day, very last minute and it was a very pleasant surprise! The hotel looks good, situated just a stone drop away from main shopping street and center, the employees were very kind we could have an electric kettle in our room for the night cause we wanted to have some tea.

Good value accomodations in heart of old Nuremberg.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. We arrived too early for check in but they were happy to hold our luggage.

Room was very small with extra cot.

Great location of the hotel, you can walk to the center in a few minutes. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance. There are several excellent restaurants close to the hotel. Several supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes. Close to metro and tram stops. Parking is possible in the parking lot in the yard behind the hotel, this parking is free of charge. If there is no space available, you can park on the street in front of the hotel or in the parking garage just a block away. Very nice, helpful staff. At the reception, you can sit, have a beer, coffee or water. The breakfasts were great, see photo, the food was constantly replenished. The choice of food was really wide and varied. Everything was fresh. There was plenty of seating. Breakfast staff very helpful and nice. I didn't notice air conditioning in the hotel, there certainly wasn't any in the rooms. It's fine in the winter, but I can imagine it can get hot in the hot summer. The room was spacious, plenty of storage space, very comfortable bed and pillows. I really appreciate the fridge in the room and the free bottle of water. The shower was smaller. We also had the opportunity to try a single room. I was surprised how the quality of this room was lower compared to the double room - uncomfortable hard mattress, the shower was open so after showering you have water all over the bathroom, the sink is not in the bathroom but part of the room, the bathroom is poorly ventilated.

The room was spacious and always cleaned early. It was a good room to fit 2 big suitcases which made us very happy. The shower temperature and pressure is also great. They also had a great breakfast menu and the staff were helpful

1. The apartment we got was different that the one we chose. On the photos we chose a 2-level apartment with double bed + 2 single beds for the kids. Though they are 11, they height is 1.70m+ and coach/sofa doesn’t work for them. Instead, we were accommodated in another apartment, one level with coach/sofa for the kids and explanation was that the apartments are similar, there is no difference in the price, and we cannot have a choice. They couldn’t offer the other one as it was booked by regular guest who is coming in 2 days but direct ones, not booking.com 2. This apartment for 2, not apartment for 4. The tables in the kitchen and in the room are for 2 with 2 chairs, the kitchen and bathroom are too small to accommodate 4 people, there is no container, dish, utensil, or plate for 4. Actually, there was only 2 spoon and 1 knife. 3. Hygiene. A dusty carpet, dirty electricity sockets, stains on the armchairs, everything is dusty, toilet and bathtub does not clean enough. The wardrobe was full of dirty nylon bags for which we reported to the reception. 4. Equipment: - broken kitchen table (for which we reported to reception). They told me it is safe to use….. - sideboard cabinet with hanging glass door that doesn’t close, - sink faucet that shakes - non-working kitchen cooker - fridge with no working light - a dangerously broken hairdryer - an entrance door cannot be locked from inside - There is no desk and safety deposit box in the room as announced. - No cups for coffee or any hot drinks
